Return policy

For products purchased through the online store www.ecoglassware.com, returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the order. In this case, the customer will pay the costs of returning the products. Only those products that have not been serviced (used) and whose packaging has been damaged or dirty will be accepted for return.

The refund of the amounts related to returned orders is made within the term stipulated by GEO 34/2014, after receiving the return.

If you have a problem with a product ordered from us, which has not been resolved by the Technical Department or the Sales Department, you have the option of returning the product. The first step is to complete this return form.

This form must be completed in full, and we will respond by email or phone within 3 business days with return instructions.
